Additional Details
The 3rd Annual Championship is the Putters League’s season finale. This will also be the 2nd year that it will be a World Adventure Golf Tour (WAGT) qualifier and will serve as our South Regional Championship.
The tournament will be 4 rounds (72 holes) of stroke play with a $3,000 purse. There is no ‘cut’. Top 10 National Pro, top 3 Georgia Pro, top Amateur, & top 3 Women’s spots payout. The tournament will use the WMF rules as well as it is a multi-ball event. Players can use any golf ball that has a WMF stamp on the ball or any euro style minigolf ball. Examples of these can be found HERE.
Note: The course’s 18th lane is not used for our tournaments. We use the mound hole on The Fringe’s practice green. Further details can be seen on our YouTube page or by watching the 2025 Putters League Championship + WAGT event at the WMF World Adventure Golf Tour YouTube channel.
Practice days for the tournament are $10/day beginning Sunday Nov 8th and are paid directly to the Fringe. Just ask for the “Putters League practice rate”. Participants in the tournament can practice as early as 8am leading up to the tournament. The facilities may not be open or available that early. Go to the course’s site for hours of operation and be considerate of their times. There is plenty of parking as well as food, fuel, and fun options nearby.
