It was scorching out there — no rain, just sweat. Thankfully the course's large umbrellas offered pockets of shade throughout the day.
With 66 players competing over two rounds, scores stayed remarkably tight, producing multiple ties in the top 5.
David Steinbach, repping Tally Ho! Golf, claimed his first tournament title in style — setting a new course record, edging out Anna by just 2 strokes, and posting a blistering low round of 28.
Anna Seymour took the women's division title with a new female record of 62 — her 4th women's division win and 3rd time finishing as overall runner-up.
Jonathan Marcolongo and James Fazio tied for 3rd place at 63. Jonathan took the playoff to claim the spot.
A four-way tie between Evan Chipkin, Robert DeStasio, Ross Cohen, and Scott Kline for 5th place! Evan won the playoff to hold his position in the top 5.
With the course perched right on the boardwalk next to the ocean, it's easy to see why this tournament keeps drawing a crowd — great vibes all around.
