Hogan's Cider Mill 2026 Mini Golf Spring Open

  • Hogan's Cider Mill 522 Spielman Highway Burlington, CT, 06013 United States (map)

Results:

In this first tournament at Hogan’s Cider Mill, everyone knew it would come down to who would make the least mistakes on this ace-light course. Throw in a little bit of deteriorating weather throughout the day and Connecticut was in for another great tournament.

Given this was a Northeast tournament, it was no surprise that after the first two rounds Justin Seymour had a slight edge of one stroke over Mark “Highlighter” Novicki, with Pat Sheridan trailing closely behind. They were being stalked closely by other veteran players Anna Seymour (the tournament organizer), Dave Vayda and Stephane Dulmaine. As the first drops of rain started to fall, so did the aces for Novicki as he picked up two in the first five lanes and went on an impressive 15 lane run before dropping a shot. Unfortunately Justin Seymour took a tough five on lane 8, one of the two hardest lanes on the course with it’s sharp corners and breaking putts, which propelled Novicki to the lead. He would hold on through lane 18 while Sheridan made a last lane push for second with an ace, only to be matched by Seymour who held onto the silver. Novicki would take the aces title as well with 6 over the three rounds.

Chris Maher secured the win in the two round amateur tournament by two strokes over Prodigy course owner (home of an AMA tournament) Jeff Bujak. LouAnn Corbidge, a regular amateur at Matterhorn, took third place.

Mason Percivalle was the only junior to play but shot a great 113 on this course which was not an easy one for his first tournament!

The women’s division was decided by the first two rounds of play and Anna Seymour captured that title with Louann Corbidge in second and another Northeast regular Glenda Ryning scoring third.
